25 Years - A Whole Era in Distribution

We are not just a distributor - we are the "Віріс" family, with a long-standing history built on trust, expertise, and partnership.

1999

The family-owned company ''Віріс'' was founded by Viktor Ivanovych Radchenko and his sons. Its core specialization was veterinary products.

2002

Based on Віріс, the company Vetbio was established — a family business that brought together several companies focused on the development, manufacturing, and distribution of high-quality veterinary and pet products.

2004

The first European contract was signed with the Polish pharmaceutical company Biowet Puławy.

2006

A partnership agreement was signed with the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer (USA).

2008

Cooperation began with the pharmaceutical company LEK and the French company Ceva.

2012

During the Interzoo exhibition in Nuremberg, eight contracts were signed with leading pet brands, including Happy Dog, Happy Cat, TropiClean, Artero, and others.

2014

Expansion of the distribution network across the entire territory of Ukraine.
A contract was signed with the American pharmaceutical giant Elanco.

2016

The start of cooperation with the world’s largest manufacturer of veterinary products - Zoetis.
